Platters

Our platters come in a variety of colours and sizes.  They range from a small trinket platter which is 12 cm in diameter to a medium sized platter  which is 23 cm wide.

All platters are made from porcelain on a potters wheel, then painted with coloured stains before their first firing.  They are then glazed and fired again.  The last stage is applying the gold lustre.  After this has dried then the platters are fired for the third time.
